This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. You don't have to wait for the fall - come on back to the rink this summer and stay cool playing  3 v 3 on Monday nights! SYHA Coaches and volunteers will coordinate 3 v 3 cross ice games at SCRF.  In addition to the Monday night 3 v 3, you can add a Thursday night instruction by Jeff Silengo!

• Monday night skaters will be assigned to teams weekly to ensure balanced and competitive play. 
• Space is limited and registration will close if an age level reaches maximum capacity or at the latest on MAY 15, 2024
• 10u/12u will run a mixed fill ice scrimmage. This age bracket is capped at 30 skaters and 4 goalies for Monday night scrimmages
• There are 40 spots available for skaters on Thursday.  Registration for the hour skating lesson will close when maximum capacity is reached.
• Full gear required for all levels.
• All players must be registered with USA hockey for the 2023-24 season, players not registered with SYHA for 2023-24 season programs will have to provide their 2023-24 USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Goalies will be used at the 10U and 12U levels only.  Goalies are dedicated and will not skate out, must provide their own gear. GOALIE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS HIT.

Age brackets (based on level child would be in the fall):   

• Mini-Mites (typically 2017 and 2018 birth years) - Must skate independently, have some prior hockey experience and be age 8 or under
• 8U (born in  2016 or 2017) - at least one full year of prior hockey and registering for Mites in the fall
• 10U (born in 2014 and 2015) 
• 12U (born in 2012 and 2013, or from SYHA Rec Hockey program)

When: Mondays, and Thursdays, July 8th to August 22nd, 2024.

Time:  (a) Provided there is sufficient enrollment, on Mondays, the Mini-mites and 8u players will skate from 7:10-8:10, and 10U and 12U players will skate from 8:20-9:20pm. 

               (b) Thursdays: 4:10pm - 5:10pm 6u/8u 5:20pm-6:20pm 10u/12u with Jeff Silengo

Where: SCRF, Schenectady County Recreational Facility, 5 Tower Road, Glenville

• $175.00 for skaters (includes a summer SYH jersey and Thursday skating instruction)
• $100 (Only Monday night 3 v 3 registration includes a SYH summer jersey)
• FREE for goalies
